Allen & Unwin, 1st printing 1969, 3 in 1 Deluxe edition. Near Fine, read once book, slipcase has minor rubbing and scuffing to edges. The book spine gilt is lovely not badly rubbed as usually found, faux leather very slightly faded.

Covers are lovely with a little rubbing to the bottom right gilt. This is as good as they come now. Increasingly rare in any condition. The deluxe editions, all printings, of both the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings are in our experience the most collected editions. We have been a professional Tolkien dealer for over 20 years.
