Some small (about 1/2) dents at corners of spine. Tiny bit of wear at corners of slipcase. Light foxing on sides of text block. The Lord of the Rings. Houghton Mifflin Collector's Edition, 2nd Printing. Beautiful edition of this fantasy masterpiece.

The number line indicates a second printing. I have seen reference to a 1987 later printing that contains a "note on the text" copyrighted 1987. Also comic books, art books, Frank Frazetta stuff, and fanzines.
