Near fine condition: Clean contents, tight binding, firm hinges, very slight bit of dishing and partial reading crease on the spine, light edge wear on the back cover. "The Two Towers, " second (November 1965) printing. Near fine condition: Clean contents, tight binding, firm hinges, tiny fleck on the front cover. "The Return of the King, " first (December 1965) printing. Very good plus condition: Clean contents, tight binding, firm hinges, tiny chips at the fore corners of the front cover, several creases on the back cover, other light cover wear as shown.
