Map in Vol I is attached to gutter at lower end only with 1 cm tear to gutter edge. 3 cm tear to lower edge crease line.

Light wear, creasing and chipping to all upper and lower edges. Vol I: 2 cm tear to upper front spine edge. 2.5 cm tear to lower front spine edge and across the width of the spine. Small tears to other spine end edges and chipped corners.
